Volvo XC60 feels sluggish lately, not throwing any codes though

My 2018 XC60 T5 has been feeling a bit off for the past month or so, nothing dramatic enough to trigger a check engine light but the throttle response isn't as sharp as it used to be and there's a slight hesitation when accelerating from a stop that wasn't there before. Fuel economy has also dropped by maybe 15 percent which I noticed because I track it pretty regularly. Took it to the dealer and they basically shrugged and said no fault codes no problem, which was frustrating because I know how this car normally drives and something is definitely not right. I'm hoping to find a specialist who can actually diagnose based on symptoms and live data rather than just plugging in a scanner and calling it a day. Been searching for somewhere that can revive Volvo engine performance Al Quoz seems to have a few European focused workshops that might be worth checking out. I came across Dynostar through some Volvo owner discussions and they apparently have the proper VIDA diagnostic equipment which is essential for these cars, generic OBD scanners miss half the modules. Has anyone taken their Volvo there for similar drivability issues and did they manage to figure out what was wrong when the dealer couldn't? I'm wondering if it could be something like carbon buildup on the intake valves which I know is common on direct injection engines, or maybe a boost leak that's not severe enough to trigger a code yet. Just want my car to feel responsive again.
