Battery keeps dying overnight – need a fast alternator repair in Abu Dhabi

I'm getting really frustrated with my 2018 Nissan Patrol, because I've had to jumpstart it three times this week and the battery is practically new, so I know that's not the problem. The car runs fine during the day, but if I leave it parked overnight, the battery is completely dead by morning, and I'm starting to suspect the alternator isn't charging it properly, especially since I've noticed the headlights seem a bit dimmer than usual and there's a faint whining noise from the front when I'm driving. I've tried disconnecting the battery to see if there's a parasitic drain, but the problem persists, which makes me think it's the charging system itself. I use this car for work every day and I really can't afford to be stranded, so I need to find a workshop in Abu Dhabi that can diagnose this properly and get it sorted without keeping my car for days. I've been looking for a Fast car alternator repair in Abu Dhabi because I've heard there are a few places in the Mussafah area that specialize in charging system diagnostics and can turn around alternator replacements in a few hours, which would be ideal for my schedule . Has anyone here had a similar issue with their Patrol or other Nissan and managed to get it resolved by a good alternator specialist in Abu Dhabi? I'd really appreciate any recommendations for a workshop that actually tests the charging system properly and doesn't just throw a new alternator at it without checking the wiring or the battery condition first.
