Hello from a newsroom desk. I am drafting a background note on a large oil-trading network that reportedly continued operating under several names after saying it would wind down Russian business. I need a source that identifies the geographic hubs, the managers named in the investigation, the role of offshore companies and storage, and the distinction between US and EU sanctions exposure.
